Thien is absolutely a unicorn amongst a sea of mediocre realtors. He is truly one of a kind. His approach is white glove , bespoke with great attention to detail. He’s empathetic, caring, & thoughtful. Recently widowed, I engaged Thien to help sell my house & downsize/ buy a condo. On both transactions, he FAR surpassed any and all expectations I had. His sales / marketing / business accumen is A++ and very creative. He’s been honest & trustworthy. Organized and reliable. His communication is prompt and comprehensive. He has taken incredible care of me this year and I will miss working with him when my house closes this week. Although we have definitely forged a friendship & I know we will stay in touch. Honestly there are not enough stars to rate Thien and his team. From the moment I met him, his character shined and it was clear that he was a man of great integrity and worked hard at what he loved to do. His passion is contagious as he puts his whole heart in all that he does in his personal and business life. Thien definitely is a bright and shining star and as you watch him work it is clear that he is lightyears beyond others in his craft of ensuring his clients are well taken care of.
